Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)
• Prior experience working with children in school settings is preferred 
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles

Responsibilities:

• Implement student Behavior Intervention Plans
• Work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
• Collect data and record students’ behaviors on caseload

Job Details:

• Full time
• Middle School Caseload
• Leave coverage: September-December
• Will work one on one with students
