Job Title: School-Based Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Location: Naperville, Illinois

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team for the 2023-24 school year in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with students in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students in need of social and emotional support services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans to support student success.
  • Advocate for students and families to access community resources and services.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) and Master Social Worker (MSW) licenses in Illinois.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or similar setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and priorities.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:25 pm
