Licensed Practical Nurse Traveler Needed in Cleveland, Ohio

Work Responsibilities:
Performs various duties associated with patient care, such as assisting patients with general mobility/transfers, using patient care equipment and maintaining supplies, medications and vaccine: performs various nursing functions, such as administering medications (orally, intramuscularly, subcutaneously, sublingually & sub dermally, ensures proper documentation, performing phlebotomy, blood glucose and POCT, and managing Epic Inbasket messages; performs various procedures and tasks (within LPN scope of practice) for infant through geriatric patients.

Details:

• Shift: Monday – Friday w/ rotating starts
• Current licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Ohio
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a LPN in an ambulatory setting
