Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - near Amherst, NH!

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team near Amherst, New Hampshire. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of individuals in our facility. Join Our Team! 

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their health status, and document observations accurately.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
