We are seeking qualified and experienced Licensed School Nurse (LSN) to join our team in Brooklyn Center, MN. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in school health or a related field. They will be responsible for ensuring that students receive the health care they need and that their health needs are met. They will also be responsible for providing education and guidance to students and staff on health and safety matters.
Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
Start date: 23/24 School Year
Full Time
Responsibilities:

• Caseload: 6^th-12^th Grade Students
• Providing healthcare services to students and staff, including administering medication and treatments, first aid, and emergency care.
• Educating students, staff, and parents on health and wellness topics.

• Managing student health records and maintaining confidentiality.
• Developing and implementing individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic health conditions.

Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification.
• MN LSN license required.
• Candidate needs to have an interest in the school setting w/ experience.
