Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid care and health assessment
• Provide vision and hearing screenings
• Write care plans and coordinate the care of students with chronic or acute health conditions
• Communicate with teachers and staff to ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Administer medications and monitor delegated medication administration
• Traditional Nursing Duties
• All other duties as assigned

Shift: Monday-Friday, 37.5 Hours

Employment Type: Full Time Contract

Location: On-site

Dates: August 10th-June 1st

Caseload: Variable needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited LVN program accepted by the California Board of Nursing for licensure
• Current LVN license recognized by the State of CA Board of Nursing
• Current Basic Life Support, American Heart Association
• 1 year of School or Peds LVN experience
• Covid vaccination (preferred)
• Experience with special needs children
• Active CA Driver’s License
