Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications accurately and efficiently according to legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy management plans
• Perform medication regimen reviews and provide consultations to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient responses to medication therapy, identify drug interactions, and provide appropriate interventions
• Oversee medication inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines regarding pharmacy practice

Requirements:

• Active pharmacist license in the state of North Dakota (ND License)
• Previous experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy or a similar setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy regulations and practices
• Immunization certification is required
• CPR certification is required
• PharmD or MTM certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Closed on Sundays
