Job Description:
As a Long-Term Care Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services to our long-term care facility partners. Our team members rotate through various roles within the pharmacy, including production, data entry, and customer service. We understand that each team member has unique strengths, and we believe in providing opportunities for our employees to excel in the area that best suits their skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production: Accurately prepare and label medications for long-term care residents, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Data Entry: Enter prescription orders into our pharmacy system with precision and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their prescriptions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Indiana
- Demonstrated commitment to previous job roles with good tenure
- Flexibility to work a mix of day and evening shifts
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
