We are seeking a dedicated School Nurse to join our team. As a School Nurse, you will provide essential healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being and creating a safe and healthy learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic medical care and first aid to students and staff.
• Monitor and manage student health records, including immunizations and medical conditions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop healthcare plans for students with special needs.
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health-related data.
• Educate students and staff about health and wellness topics.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and accidents on school premises.
• Maintain a clean and organized health office.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington nursing license.
• Prior nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Empathy and patience in working with students of all ages.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
