Responsibilities:

• Checks all labels generated against the original written prescription for accuracy
• Orders, receives, and monitors drug inventory
• Ensures that patients receive all medications upon pick-up
• Receives prescriptions from patients and consistently fills out an intake sheet
• Performs all outtake procedures as instructed to ensure medications are correct
• Signs prescriptions out of pharmacy, receives payment, processes credit payments

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience as pharmacy technician
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Maryland Pharmacy Tech License 

Hours: Days/Afternoon
