Job Description:

As a Travel Med Surg RN with Soliant Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population. Your clinical expertise, adaptability, and commitment to excellence will be essential in providing outstanding healthcare services during your travel assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Med Surg unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado or compact state nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings.
