Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician near Snoqualmie WA

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician to join our team in Snoqualmie, WA. As a Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician, you will perform various laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science or related field, and be certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients
• Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to physicians
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory tests and procedures
• Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols in the laboratory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP certification or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
