Missouri Per Diem Pharmacist in Retail Setting

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking medications as needed
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questions in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:
 

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription filling and documentation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks

Schedule: This is a per diem position working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to cover additional shifts based on business needs is desired.
