MN - Overnight Inpatient Pharmacist - 7 on 7 off

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Overnight Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at a reputable 500+ bed facility in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced inpatient pharmacy setting.

Location: Twin Cities, Minnesota
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: June 19th
Shift: 7 on 7 off, Monday to Sunday, Overnight 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
- Check and verify inpatient medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and compound intravenous medications, ensuring proper labeling and aseptic technique
- Oversee and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and accurate medication dispensing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year recent inpatient pharmacy experience
- Valid Minnesota pharmacist license
- COVID vaccination
- Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and regulations
- Proficiency in medication order verification and IV preparation
