Multi-site Clinical Pharmacy Manager Job - CA Health System

Soliant Health is recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager over a multi-site health system in Northern CA.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious clinical manager/clinical coordinator to take first steps into a systems clinical manager position.

Duties: 
As a Pharmacy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs, including formulary management, policy/procedure development and education. 

Req:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Residency-preferred
• 3+ years in clinical pharmacy role at teaching hospital
• ~1+ years of experience as clinical coordinator/clinical manager in health system setting
