We are currently seeking 4-8 Psychologists to join our team in Kent, WA for the upcoming academic year. As a Psychologist in our district, you will play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, challenges, and needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized plans and interventions
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students, addressing a range of mental health concerns
  • Participate in the development and implementation of behavioral interventions and support plans
  • Administer and interpret standardized tests and assessments to guide intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social-emotional success
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid Washington state certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in K-12 schools
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in School Psychology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
