Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team in California (CA) as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention programs as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or clinical settings.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior.
  • Assist in the development of behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including BCBAs and caregivers, to ensure effective treatment.
  • Attend training and supervision sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid CA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
  • Must pass a background check and have a clear TB test result.
