Position Summary: As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in promoting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. You will work closely with educators, administrators, parents, and other professionals to assess and support students' individual needs and provide effective intervention strategies. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success and positive learning outcomes of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to enhance students' learning, social skills, and mental health.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote positive behavior and mental wellness.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide valuable input regarding students' progress and needs.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to access external resources for students.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessment techniques and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.

Pay Range: $38-55/HR
