Multiple SLP Positions Available in Kent, WA

Location: Kent, WA

Dates: August 23, 2023 - June 14, 2024

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Caseload: To be determined

Requirements:

• On-site presence is mandatory
• Preference for candidates with CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence), but will consider CFs (Clinical Fellows)

We are currently seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Kent, WA. As an SLP in our district, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Washington state license or ability to obtain licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
