Location: Kent, WA

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
- On-site presence is mandatory
- Preference for candidates with CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence), but will consider CFs (Clinical Fellows)
We are currently seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Kent, WA. As an SLP in our district, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Washington state license or ability to obtain licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
