We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services within a school setting. The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, and families to assess needs, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress. This role requires collaboration with school staff to ensure that interventions are effectively supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff on behavior strategies
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
- Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
