Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical and functional needs of our high school students. This part-time position requires you to work 2-3 days a week, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
- Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Schedule:
Part-time, 2-3 days per week (exact days to be determined based on candidate availability).
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
