New Mexico: Teletherapy SLP

Soliant is working with a school district in New Mexico to place a full- or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a contract teletherapy position

We seek applicants who possess these core competencies:

• Independent worker: be able to operate with minimal support from school staff
• Confidence with technology and the use of a remote format for therapy
• Accountable: manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
• Familiarity with New Mexico Special Education criteria, the IEP process, and school-based Speech therapy
• Flexibility: ability to accommodate disruptions in schedule and work arrangements

This is a great opportunity for SLPs in different timezones who have family or other obligations, and prefer to structure their work day differently from the typical school day. 

Requirements:

• Up-to-date New Mexico SLP license
• SLP license in state of residence
• Recent computer hardware (around 2 years old)
• Solid Internet connection
• 2 years of recent experience in schools highly preferred
