NEW Opening - Speech Language Pathologists (School Based) Needed near Carmichael, California

Soliant is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a school-based position near Carmichael, CA. This role is perfect for an SLP who is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full communication potential in a supportive school setting.

Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and supervision!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and support staff.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy based on students' individual needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP development, therapy techniques, and intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and supervision.
