Join a passionate team dedicated to student success! We’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), either CCC or CF, to provide essential speech and language services to students in a supportive school environment near Wilmington, MA. 

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Massachusetts licensure for SLP (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC certification preferred, CFs welcome to apply
• Previous experience in schools is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and parents to support each student’s growth.
• Deliver direct therapy services and track progress, adjusting goals as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation to school staff regarding communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school policies and special education requirements.
