Pay: Up to $70.00 an hour. Additional bonuses may be available for higher qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Washington State School Psychologist certification or eligibility for licensure
• Strong skills in psychological assessments, data interpretation, and intervention planning
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, parents, and school leadership
• Experience working with K-12 students, including those with special needs and diverse learning requirements
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Administer psychological assessments and interpret results to inform educational strategies
• Provide individual and group counseling for students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral difficulties
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop effective support plans for students
• Conduct crisis intervention and assist with managing behavioral challenges
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide consultation and training for staff on mental health and behavioral best practices
• Offer guidance and recommendations for improving student well-being and academic success
