*NEW* Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Position Overview:

Soliant Education is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in San Jose, CA. This position offers flexible scheduling, with both full-time and part-time options available, and a full school year commitment. Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support in speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Implement therapy plans and activities tailored to students’ individual needs
• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions to reinforce speech goals
• Assist with assessments and track students' progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to therapy
• Organize therapy materials and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to the development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) under SLP guidance

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California
• Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed SLP
