Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a full-time school-based position near Santa Clara County, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school district while making a meaningful impact on students with communication disorders.

Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy based on student needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).

Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of IEP development, therapy techniques, and intervention strategies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and supervision.
