Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Quartz Hill, CA. In this role, you will work with students to enhance their communication skills and support their academic development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
