Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and support to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Support the school's Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program and crisis intervention efforts.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Attend team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably with diverse student populations.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in special education and student support services.
• Proficient in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
