Now Hiring! Full Time, Onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Near Yakima, WA

For the 2023-2024 school year, a school around Yakima, Washington, is looking for a contractual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We're seeking for a motivated applicant that wants to work with approximately 5 K - 12th students. This is a full-time position, at 37.5 hours a week. 

About the position:

• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and other support staff, ensuring the proper implementation of behavior plans and effective skill acquisition procedures.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients with complex needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, behavior plans, and intervention strategies.

About you:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification

About the benefits:

• You will receive a compensation package including health benefits, 401K, an hourly rate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
• We also offer housing assistance if needed.

Pay:

• $35 - 55 per hour, depending on previous experience
