Now Hiring! Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year on a contracted basis. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one behavioral support and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to students with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and parents, to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans and educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one support and conduct ABA interventions with students.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of visual supports and instructional materials.
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide feedback on student progress.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
