A school district is currently arranging interviews for a School Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist near the Bay Area in California. 

Details:  

• Full time, 35 hours per week

• Itinerant, working with multiple grade levels

• Provide AT assessments; Support to students who need equipment to access the curriculum or a Communication Device to participate fully in the classroom

• IEP meetings, monitoring student progress; maintaining inventory; maintaining case files and creating reports; performing a variety of instructional supports and services within a well-defined framework of policies, procedures and objectives

• Students dealing with disabilities such as speech and hearing and other impairments
