As a School Psychologist at you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of our students. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges.
• Providing counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with special needs.
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on students' educational plans.
• Supporting the development of a positive school climate through social-emotional learning initiatives.
• Promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
• Offering crisis intervention and support when needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations.
