Responsibilities: 

• Conducting assessments to identify students' social and emotional needs.
• Providing individual and group counseling to address students' behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Assisting in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans for students with special needs.
• Connecting families with community resources and services to ensure comprehensive support.
• Advocating for a positive and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to students' social and emotional growth.
