This opportunity is for an experienced Operating Room Technician specializing in Cardiovascular services, based in Loves Park, IL. If you have a background working with a Cardio-Vascular Heart Team and excel at independent scrubbing, this role is designed for you. Responsibilities

• Provide proficient OR Tech support within the Cardiovascular Heart Team
• Independently perform scrubbing duties during surgical procedures
• Participate in rotational call coverage, including one weekend day per week on a 24-hour call rotation
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to ensure efficient and safe surgeries

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar surgical setting with CVOR expertise
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program with verifiable credentials
• Ability to scrub independently during cardiovascular procedures
• Willingness to participate in rotational call, including weekends
• Local candidates preferred within a 50-mile radius

Schedule

• 10-hour day shifts: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotational call coverage including weekends on a 24-hour basis (one weekend day per week)
