Experience a role dedicated to outstanding patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a contract basis. Collaborate within a dynamic healthcare environment focused on excellence in patient outcomes and quality of service.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in good standing
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of one year of LPN experience preferred
  • BLS certification required (additional certifications a plus)
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the medical team
  • Assist with daily patient care activities and hygiene
  • Collaborate with RNs and physicians to support patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Observe infection control protocols and safety standards
  • Provide patient and family education under supervision when needed

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time hours with flexibility based on facility needs
