Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and unencumbered LPN license
  • Recent experience in a clinical or acute care setting preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • CPR certification required (BLS preferred)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to upholding patient safety and confidentiality

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract-based assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition
  • Provide patient education and emotional support
  • Assist RNs and physicians in carrying out patient care plans
  • Document nursing interventions and patient responses
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver comprehensive care
  • Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
