Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered LPN license
- Recent experience in a clinical or acute care setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- CPR certification required (BLS preferred)
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to upholding patient safety and confidentiality
Schedule/Hours:
- Contract-based assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Assist RNs and physicians in carrying out patient care plans
- Document nursing interventions and patient responses
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver comprehensive care
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
