A travel nursing opportunity specializing in ORT (Operating Room Technician/Scrub Tech) provides exposure to a dynamic, high-acuity surgical environment. You'll collaborate with experienced surgical teams, enhancing your clinical skills while learning diverse workplace practices and observing a range of leadership approaches. Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour variable shifts
• Flexibility to work both days and nights required

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified or licensed as an ORT/Scrub Tech
• Previous experience in an acute care surgical setting
• Proficiency in prepping OR suites, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting with surgical procedures
• Ability to deliver timely, efficient support while adapting to changing case types and priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Current BLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique standards
• Assist surgeons and circulating nurses during procedures
• Accurately anticipate surgical team needs, ensuring seamless case flow
• Ensure all instruments are accounted for before, during, and after each procedure
• Facilitate setup, breakdown, and turnover of operating rooms
