Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently comply with healthcare policies and ethical standards related to patient safety and attendance.
- Maintain all regulatory requirements, including licensing, certifications, and mandatory training within required time frames.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of surgical procedures by anticipating needs before and during cases, assisting with dressings or cast applications as needed.
- Follow physician preference cards precisely for case setup and instrumentation.
- Ensure accurate instrumental counts before patient departure, collaborating with designated personnel when applicable.
- Document and communicate critical data effectively, including updating surgeon preference cards and reporting exceptions.
- Take initiative in identifying problems, implementing solutions, and fulfilling additional responsibilities without supervision.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement activities and may contribute to training efforts.

- Proven experience in operating room nursing or related ORT nursing skills.
