Certified Orthopedic Technician Needed – Glendale, CA

An outpatient orthopedic specialty center is seeking a Certified Orthopedic Technician with NBCOT certification to support their clinics in Tarzana and Mission Hills. This contract assignment offers a dynamic work environment focused on outpatient orthopedic care. The role requires a highly skilled professional who can provide excellent technical assistance and patient support in the orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide orthopedic technical support and assist clinicians during procedures
• Manage patient preparation and follow through with treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic charting system
• Float between two outpatient locations as required: primary base in Tarzana and additional coverage in Mission Hills
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active NBCOT certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic outpatient experience preferred
• Willingness to float between designated clinic sites
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
• First-time orthopedic technicians are welcome to apply
• Ability to work full 8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday
