Schedule/Hours:
- 8-hour variable shifts (candidates must be able to work both days and nights)
Key Qualifications:
- Current and relevant Scrub Tech/ORT experience in a surgical setting
- Strong adaptability for variable shift work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid certification(s) as required by position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons throughout operative procedures, maintaining sterile fields and anticipating surgical team needs
- Manage and prepare surgical instruments and supplies pre-, intra-, and post-operation
- Support patient safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with nursing and surgical staff for seamless care delivery
