Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Proven experience working in a Cath Lab setting
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
  • Assist physicians and technologists during interventions in the Cath Lab
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and treatments
  • Educate patients and families about the procedures and post-care instructions
  • Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and safety standards
