This role provides a rare chance to work in a smaller, independent hospital dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a close-knit community setting. Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts, including weekend rotation
- Participation in the call rotation: 1 call shift per two-week period as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Strong CVICU experience, including Day 0 CVICU patient management
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience in Critical Care
- Willingness to float between CVICU and CCU
- Compliance with the facility’s 75-mile radius requirement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized care to critical CVICU and CCU patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on two advanced Cath Labs, including a Hybrid Lab
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage as required
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital standards
- Promote exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based practices
