A Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures is needed for a rewarding contract position in Greensboro, North Carolina. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular surgery patients
• Preparing the operating room and equipment for complex cardiovascular procedures
• Collaborating effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members
• Monitoring patient status throughout the surgical process, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
• Documentation and adherence to strict regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Proven experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) or similar surgical environment
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and focus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days
• Shift hours: 10:00 AM to 5:25 PM and 12-hour night before on-call shifts (NBO)
