Opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) seeking a rewarding role in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the Operating Room, specializing in cardiac open-heart procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in call rotations and adapt to shift flexibility including day and mid shifts.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development aligned with clinical ladder growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
  • Minimum of 3 years OR experience with a focus on cardiac open-heart surgery.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; commitment to obtain BSN within three years considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
