Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Active RN license with ER or emergency nursing experience
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in critical situations
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating within multidisciplinary teams
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records and patient monitoring technology

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, managing acute medical and trauma cases
  • Triage patients and initiate immediate interventions to stabilize conditions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal care
  • Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately and timely
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
