Registered Nurse ER | Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Louisiana or compact state
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC and/or ENPC preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a hectic environment

Responsibilities include providing direct emergency care, monitoring patient statuses, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and responding swiftly to critical situations to maximize patient outcomes.
