Emergency Nurse (RN) in Chicago, IL

Provide critical care in a fast-paced emergency room setting, delivering life-saving nursing support to patients with diverse medical needs. Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments upon arrival to the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient conditions and care provided.
• Educate patients and families on post-ER care and follow-up instructions.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Proven experience in emergency room nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
