Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with experience in emergency room nursing

- Must have a Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) to comply with state regulations
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the hospital location will not be considered

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, managing acute medical conditions and trauma cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols
- Participate in orientation and comply with hospital dress code (personal scrubs of any color)
Schedule:
- Contract length varies; must adhere to scheduled shifts without block scheduling or 48-hour guarantees
- Includes 8 hours of non-billable orientation time
- Compliance with holiday and overtime multipliers applies
