RN Emergency Room | Long Beach, California

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing urgent and emergency medical conditions
• Perform rapid assessments and interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and document patient care thoroughly
• Respond swiftly to emergency codes and support trauma care initiatives
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid credentials in California
• Proven Emergency Room nursing experience with proficiency in acute care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
